These appeals were consolidated for oral argument and we have treated them together for the purpose of this opinion.

The essential facts are that the appellants were all charged with robbery in the trial court and pleaded not guilty before September 1, 1967. They were all tried by jury after September 1, 1967. After September 1, 1967, but prior to their trials, they challenged their jury panels on the grounds that they had not been selected in...
