Shipley, to recover damages claimed to have been inflicted upon plaintiff's 1956 Beechcraft G-35 Bonanza aircraft as the result of a collision between it while parked on a parking ramp at an airport in North Platte, Nebraska, and a B-26 aircraft negligently being taxied by the defendant...
