PER CURIAM.

This is a prosecution by indictment brought by the State of Indiana against Richard Davis for failure to support his parent (mother). Trial was by jury and the defendant was convicted and ordered to pay $7.00 per week for the support of his mother. From this judgment the appellant appeals.
