Plaintiff, Sieradzki Investment Co., specializes in the purchase, development, leasing and sale of expressway properties. Defendants-appellees, the McNallys, own 240 acres of farm land lying southwest of the intersection of Interstate Highway I-94 and Ninth street in Texas township, Kalamazoo county, Michigan.
