This is an appeal from a denial of a petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The sole issue for determination is whether the District Court erred in dismissing appellant's petition for a writ of habeas corpus without first holding an evidentiary hearing. In the petition, appellant contended that his plea of guilty entered in a state court was coerced.
