The appellant, Virginia Cordrey, appeals a final decree of the chancellor below whereby the chancellor modified a "Separation Agreement" entered into between the parties on December 4, 1956 in the State of Ohio. Subsequently on January 30, 1959 a final decree of divorce was granted the appellant against the appellee by a court of the State of Pennsylvania.
