Through her attorney Edward W. Lawrence, Joan Blanche Sutinen filed complaint for divorce against Gerald W. Sutinen on September 25, 1964. On the same day the trial court ordered the husband to pay an attorney fee for the wife in the amount of $150. Before trial, the parties reconciled, and as admitted by attorney Lawrence, the divorce action was dismissed, but his claim for attorney fees was preserved.
