Sidney Joseph Rossi died intestate at his domicile in New Orleans on December 11, 1965. Shortly thereafter his brother, Robert J. Rossi, Jr., opened the succession and was appointed administrator. As administrator he filed a petition seeking the production of succession assets allegedly held by Darlene Rossi.
