Plaintiff-appellee, Clyde Leighton, brought an action against his parents, Curtis and Edith Leighton, defendants-appellants, for performance of a written contract between the parties. The trial court, sitting without a jury, issued an order requiring defendants to perform their part of the contract and restraining them from conveying any portion of the premises, the subject of the contract.
