James Felder, his wife Anita Felder, and Anthony Thomas were tried before a jury for the crime of armed robbery. James Felder and Anthony Thomas were found guilty as charged and each was sentenced to a term of seven to fifteen years in the penitentiary. Their appeals have been consolidated.
