This action was commenced by the appellant, Kitchell Corporation, to recover on a promissory note. The appellant received judgment against Arizona-Utah Investment Company, a limited partnership, and against the persons who were their assignors. The court ordered that appellant take nothing on its claim against Hermansen and Horwitz and Co., a corporation, and denied recovery against Hermansen and Horwitz individually.
