The trial court found defendant guilty on three counts (I, II, III) of selling and one count (IV) of furnishing marijuana in violation of section 11531, Health and Safety Code, and two prior (1951, 1952) felony narcotic (marijuana) convictions (§ 11500, Health & Saf.
