Appellants, Fred Bryson and wife, are the owners of Lot 30, and appellees, Delmar Dillon and wife, are the owners of Lot 29. The dispute which has arisen relates to the boundary line running east and west between the two lots. Both appellants and appellees derived their title either directly, or indirectly through mesne conveyances...
