This is an appeal from the judgment of the district court affirming the decision of the Secretary that appellant is not entitled to a period of disability nor to disability insurance benefits provided by sections 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 416 (i), 423.
