Plaintiff, in her capacity as a coexecutor of the estate of Curvin E. Snyder and in her individual capacity as a residuary legatee under the will of decedent, Curvin E. Snyder, sued defendant in equity for an accounting and a money judgment in the amount found to be due the estate as a result of the accounting.
