This is a civil action brought by plaintiff, Gentle Daniels, to recover damages from defendant, Atlantic Refining Company, for burns which he received on June 19, 1963, when Atlantic Solvent No. 52 (Stoddard Solvent) ignited while being sprayed upon carrots in an open field for the purpose of killing weeds.
