This case arose out of an intersectional collision at Corbit Street and Hearne Avenue in Shreveport on December 7, 1966. This suit was consolidated with the case of Traders & General Insurance Company v. Nezat et al., 217 So.2d 204 on the docket of this court, for the purpose of trial.
