This is a suit in tort in which the plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. John Potter have sued Krown Drugs, its employee, Reese Dismukes, and its insurer, Insurance Company of North America for damages which their child, Laurie Potter, allegedly sustained as a result of the improper dispensing of a prescribed medicine. The named defendants have answered the petition denying liability on several, diverse grounds. The trial on the merits was heard by the Civil District...
