This is a petition by the National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of an order based on findings that respondent had violated Section 8(a) (1) of the National Labor Relations Act by coercive interrogation, imposition of disciplinary rules in retaliation for union activity, threats of economic reprisal, and granting of improper economic benefits, and had violated Sections 8(a) (1) and 8(a) (5) of the Act by refusing to bargain with the union
