C. B. Willingham, d/b/a Willingham Machinery Co., initiated this action in the Civil and Criminal Court of Cobb County by attachment, swearing in his affidavit that defendant, the Tennessee-Virginia Construction Co., was indebted to him in the amount of $2,890.
