Bye and their insurer, Lumbermen's Mutual Casualty Company; also named are Robert Melich, Merlyn E. Sentilles, Sr. and their insurer, The Travelers Indemnity Company. The injury complained of occurred as David Hardy was returning home after having purchased some ice-cream from a vending truck owned...
