Mrs. Margaret M. Roberts brought an action against Mr. and Mrs. Robert L. Wade seeking recovery for injuries sustained when she fell in the concrete driveway at the home of the defendants on the Buford Highway while she was on a visit there. The petition alleged that plaintiff was an invitee rather than a licensee guest and alleged that the driveway had been covered with loose gravel, rocks and stones for several months prior to the injuries in August...
