Before the Court is a motion for a preliminary injunction, 15 U.S.C. § 26. The underlying cause of action is asserted under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 1 and 2, and Section 3 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. § 14.
