These appeals had their genesis in a real estate transaction which took place on 21 March 1963, when the appellants, William M. Jackson and Ethel B. Jackson, sold their residence at 4919 Herring Run Drive to the appellant, Alice Berry. The sale was made under an installment contract which called for a down payment of $3,200.00 in cash.
