Matthews, instituted by the surviving widow in her individual capacity and on behalf of six minor children, issue of her marriage to the decedent. The City of Shreveport was dismissed as a defendant on the sustaining of an exception of no cause of action. C & C Electric Company, Inc., and its insurer, Hartford Accident and Indemnity Company, were substituted as defendants in lieu of Camus Electric...
