The appellant, Blair Eugene Shelton, was convicted on January 17, 1967 of two counts of storehouse breaking and two counts of larceny by a jury in the Circuit Court for Prince George's County, and sentenced to ten years in the Maryland Penitentiary on each count, the sentences to run concurrently.
