This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the defendant-employer in an action brought under the Employers' Liability Law, A.R.S. § 23-801 et seq. The complaint alleges that while the plaintiff was employed by the defendant, the plaintiff developed "mercuric poisoning," "* * * caused by accident due to conditions of plaintiff's employment."1
