The appellees-plaintiffs sued to recover for personal injuries received by Marilyn Pastor and for medical expenses incurred by her husband Kenneth. Marilyn was injured in an Albuquerque, New Mexico, intersectional automobile accident when the car which she was driving was hit by one driven by Donna Bennie, the minor daughter of appellant-defendant Gladys Bennie. The case was filed in state court and removed to federal court on diversity...
