Appellant was indicted in two counts for making false statements and representations of a material fact in applications to the Federal Aviation Agency for an airman's medical certificate. The appellant was tried, convicted on both counts, and was sentenced to four years imprisonment on each count, the sentences to run concurrently with each other. The court further recommended that the sentences be served concurrently with the sentence the appellant...
