ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION

JAMESON, District Judge.

The jury returned a verdict for plaintiff in the sum of $141,600. By order and memorandum opinion entered June 14, 1968, defendant's motion for new trial was denied on condition that plaintiff consent to a reduction of the judgment to $85,000. Plaintiff's consent to the reduction was filed June 18, 1968. Defendant now seeks a credit of $42,500 as the contribution of the joint tort-feasor.
