This is an interlocutory appeal from a decree of the Chancery Court of Lowndes County transferring several consolidated suits to the Circuit Court of that county. From the pleadings, no evidence being taken, we ascertain that Clyde Studdard obtained loans from the First Columbus National Bank of Columbus for the purpose of constructing houses on two separate lots.
