This case is before the Court on petition of defendant-employer, Reynolds Metals Company, for a writ of certiorari to review the lawfulness of an award and finding of the Industrial Commission of Arizona. The award issued on 31 May 1967 found that George Carl Hauser, decedent, died on 8 May 1966 the cause of death being a myocardial infarction.
