This is a suit for property damages arising out of a collision of a dump truck and a station wagon. Harry Scott, the owner of the dump truck, brought suit against Mr. and Mrs. James Daigle and their liability insurer, Maryland Casualty Company. The defendants denied liability and in reconvention sought recovery of judgments in the amounts of $100 and $959.25, respectively, being the cost of repair of damages to the station wagon.
