The appeal is from an order in proceedings to determine heirship in the estate of the above-named decedent who died intestate. The order determined that respondent Bernice Schwartz, stepdaughter of decedent, only daughter and sole heir of his predeceased wife Mabel, was entitled to distribution of the entire estate of said decedent under the provisions of Probate Code section 228.1
