STOUDER, J.

Defendant, Harry E. Belville, under indictment for murder, pleaded guilty to a charge of involuntary manslaughter. The guilty plea was accepted by the Circuit Court of Tazewell County on November 1, 1962, defendant was found guilty by the court and sentenced to a term of from ten to twenty years in the state penitentiary.
