The defendant, Rose White, was indicted for the offense of aggravated battery, entered a plea of guilty to the charge and was placed on probation for a term of four years. The order for probation was entered February 26, 1965. In June of 1965, she was sentenced to two weeks in the county jail for contempt of court upon a finding that she had violated the terms of her probation by committing the offense of disorderly...
