Saylor, plaintiff in the superior court, brought this action against the Southern Arizona Bank and Trust Company to recover the amount on deposit in a savings account which she alleged was held jointly by herself and Thomas E. Gilliland, deceased, with right of survivorship. She has appealed from a judgment against her and from the order denying her motion for a new trial.
