LEVIN, J.

The defendant, Leonard Ferguson, pleaded guilty to armed robbery1 and was sentenced to serve 30 to 50 years in State prison on June 30, 1958. He appeals, claiming the trial judge erred in failing to advise him before acceptance of his guilty plea of the minimum sentence the trial judge may have been obliged to impose and of the maximum sentence he might impose.
