Appellant, William Henry Speaks, was tried in the Criminal Court of Baltimore before Judge Joseph R. Byrnes, sitting without a jury, on November 17, 1966, and was found guilty of maintaining a disorderly house and allied counts, possession of narcotics and allied counts, and pandering and allied counts. Appellant was sentenced to one year, five years, and five years, respectively...
