Appeal from an order denying a motion for a new trial.

This case concerns a dispute as to easements. The property involved is a part of Block 4 of the Longview Addition to Duluth. Block 4 is a rectangle which lies in a generally east-west position. It is bordered on the north by Second Street, on the west by 23rd Avenue East, on the south by First Street, and on the east by 24th Avenue East.
