Gromer, an attorney, by way of a complaint to foreclose a trust deed, sought to collect a $2,000 balance on a $12,249.76 note executed and delivered to him on May 4, 1959, by his clients, Herman F. Hahn (deceased) and defendant Irma L. Hahn, his wife. Mrs. Hahn, individually and as administratrix of the estate of her deceased husband, answered and filed six counterclaims against Gromer and Quentin...
