JANVIER, Judge.
This matter came before us on a previous occasion on an exception of no cause of action filed by the mother of a minor who had not qualified as tutrix and, who, therefore, contended that she could not be sued. The exception was maintained in the District Court and, on appeal, we reversed that judgment and remanded the matter to the District Court for trial on the merits.
