This is a workmen's compensation suit in which plaintiff was awarded $10.00 a week for 150 weeks for a partial disability of the hand plus statutory penalties and $400.00 attorney's fees. Both plaintiff and defendant compensation insurer have appealed. On appeal, plaintiff prays for $35.00 a week for 400 weeks for permanent and total disability and an increase in the attorney's fees.
