The complaint in this proceeding was made and filed pursuant to sec. 256.28 (8), Stats. In substance it alleges that the defendant, John R. Collentine, was the attorney and conservator for Jane S. Skidmore and that on the 2d of April, 1964, he drafted a will for Jane S. Skidmore that provided, with the exception of a single bequest of personal property, that he, John R.
