MARDEN, Justice.

On appeal from the denial of post-conviction relief.

Upon petition for relief under the provisions of 14 M.R.S.A. § 5502 et seq., indigency was established and counsel was appointed. The petition, within six points of alleged aggrievement, charges suppression of evidence and use of perjured testimony by the State, and deprivation of counsel at a critical stage of the prosecution.
