CRAVEN, J., delivered the opinion of the court.

A jury in the circuit court of Macon County found the Defendant guilty of attempted burglary and the court sentenced the defendant to a term of not less than three nor more than ten years in the Illinois State Penitentiary. This appeal is from that conviction.
