In this eminent domain action, following a verdict for plaintiff in the amount of $10,250, both parties have moved for a new trial.

The property of plaintiff which was appropriated by the defendant Authority was an irregular piece of land in the East Liberty urban renewal project in the Twelfth Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, situate at the northwest corner of Hamilton Avenue and Dahlem Street.
