Facts.

In December, 1964, John Treglown, then nineteen years of age, shot and killed a coed in the student union of the State University at Platteville. He was charged with first-degree murder. Trial was had in the circuit court for Grant county. On March 29, 1965, he was adjudged not guilty by reason of insanity at the time of the offense and was thereupon committed to Central State Hospital as required by sec. 957.11 (3), Stats.
