The Board of Governors of the Washington State Bar Association (on the basis of the findings and recommendation of its hearing panel) has recommended that Gordon McLean Campbell be transferred from the active to the inactive roll of attorneys for the reason that Mr. Campbell is unable, because of mental disability, to adequately and competently represent clients in legal matters.
