Defendants, Carlo Ditta, Inc. former employer, and the Employers Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd., workman's compensation insurer, have instituted this proceeding by rule under LSA-R.S. 23:1331 to discontinue workman's compensation payments to James Duncan.
